Service of qualified professional instructors / Liability Insurance and Assistance Insurance during the activities / Necessary equipment for the activities / In Orio: facilities with changing rooms, restrooms, and showers.

Active water activities: swimwear, towel, and water shoes required. For non-water activities and boat trips, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing and sports shoes.

Prices include VAT*, but do not cover transportation to the facilities, transportation required for activities, or cultural visits if needed.

(*) EDUCATION Note: Prices do NOT include VAT. Activities conducted by educational institutions are exempt from VAT as long as they are included in the annual school program as extracurricular classes and complement the students’ education in subjects covered by the current Curriculum Plan. To apply for this exemption, the institution must provide certification.

MANDATORY

Swimming skills are required for all water activities (except for boat trips).

GENERAL CONDITIONS

In the field of active tourism and adventure sports, there is inherent potential risk. Guides and technicians are adequately trained and experienced for the activities they conduct. Safety during the activity largely depends on following their instructions and guidelines.

Offered activities are subject to participant conditions and the environment they take place in, thus they may undergo changes before or even during the activity (weather conditions, sudden changes, participants’ physical issues, etc.). In case of prior cancellation, the client has the right to reschedule, replace with another activity, or receive a refund of the paid amount.

To participate in activities, customers must inform about any physical, mental, or sensory disabilities. They also commit to refraining from alcohol, drugs, and/or narcotics, as well as any other medication that could affect their reaction capabilities. Swimming skills are essential for aquatic activities. The technical data sheet for each activity specifies the necessary minimum conditions and ages for participation. Minors must have legal authorization or be accompanied by a responsible person.

Begi Bistan, KASTORE GEST S.L’s commitment starts with the contracted activity; therefore, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange transportation to the facilities or the activity’s starting point, if applicable. The contract and liability solely apply to the direct work of their technicians and the activity’s execution. Actions participants undertake on their own during breaks, waiting times, meals, etc., are excluded.

Prices include services directly offered by Begi Bistan, KASTORE GEST S.L. Unless expressly stated otherwise, external services (accommodation, transportation, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.

The necessary equipment, both individual and collective, is included in the price. Each technical data sheet specifies the required equipment for each activity and program.

INSURANCE

The price of programs and activities includes standard Accident Assistance Insurance coverage.

Rental services for equipment (without a guide) do not include Assistance Insurance coverage.

Begi Bistan KATORE GEST S.L has the corresponding Third-Party Liability Insurance with the coverage required by sector regulations.

Complete information about insurance terms and coverage is available to customers at activity centers and will be provided upon request.

In the event that KASTORE GEST S.L provides equipment for the activity, you agree to use it in accordance with the provided instructions and at your own risk. You will be responsible for any damage or loss caused to the equipment due to misuse or negligence on your part.

5. Follow the guide or instructor’s instructions:

During the activity, you agree to follow at all times the instructions provided by our guide or instructor. The guide is a trained professional who is there to ensure your safety and that of other participants. Ignoring the guide’s instructions may increase the risks associated with the activity and may result in exclusion from the activity.

6. Understanding of provided information:

It is essential that you have fully understood all explanations and guidance provided before and during the activity. If you have any questions or need more information, please do not hesitate to request clarifications before starting the activity.
